It's $249 but it's an open box buy, and doesnt include some stuff they have deemed "unnecessary", like the AV cable.

$250 shipped for a brand new unopened unit is pretty good deal.

These can ship out as soon as I can get a minimum of about 10 ppl or so. If we can get at least 15-20 people it can probably go down to $245 shipped or so. If it sticks to the $250 price with 10 members or so, final price will be about $255 shipped. Also, do ipods normally come with itunes? Because I was also told that these come with them or something like that, sorry i'm not too ipod savvy.

Just a heads up, if you're a student you might be able to get one for even cheaper. Apple gives good student discounts on these to most colleges.
