Excellent customer service is getting more and more rare these days. But luckily for me it's not so with Rob and UUC Motorwerks! Had this annoying gear whine in the cabin of my 330ci after installing the SSK that my mechanic couldn't figure out. We called Rob at his home at 9:30pm (his time) and he did his best to help us out.

Turns out that the rubber bushing inside the shift lever had unseated itself. A very rare problem. To make me happy Rob agreed to send out a new shift lever 3 day express.

Thanks Rob! You've got a lifetime customer here!

For some reason sometimes emails don't get through on their server. Try sending it again

Rob is a very easy person to talk with.. sometimes emails get lost, as he gets SO MANY everyday!

Give 'em a call, he don't bite.:thumbup:

i'll have to agree... My uuc ssk was delayed for a few days, and Rob made up for it by removing the shipping price. Great customer service will always get you satisfied and loyal customers :D :thumbup:

dont hear alot of complaints on his products or service..hes a busy man though.. ive left him a couple im waiting on too.. just me patient im sure he'll reply and make it worth the wait :thumbup:

UUC has the best products and the best service. Nothing beats that combination. Can't wait to see what Rob has up his sleeve for us :D

dealing with rob has gone pretty well..highly recommend UUC...will continue to support them both.
