I have a pair of OEM Jet Black Side Mirrors on sale on EBay for a 330Ci!
They are in nearly perfect condition with hardly a mark on them and they work perfectly. They are 12 pin so they will work with Memory seats. Take a look - the pair is less than 1/2 the price of one new mirror! Item # 160005744811
