how long does it take for technic to tune the DME?

Well I was wondering if my car will take a day or 2 to install the blower, how many days does it take to have samir or zolti put the software on my DME and send it back?

I ve seen latly on the forum taking a long time. Hopefully I m wrong. Is it a simple upload file sorta a thing or physically tune each DME?

The car is not in cali so the install will be done outside of california, so just the DME will be sent. Yea the DME stores all the graphs and information and they can see how my car was running and then tune from there or do they just upload the new map and send it back?

From what I've heard it's suppose to be quick. Like the same day. Same hour thing depending on a set program and that there is no need to custom tune it. Create a fedex account 29 bux they'll have it next day,29 bux back you'll have it back day after..

Thanks for the help. I m running a 2.5 DME. I cant get a hold of a GT1 anymore. Do you think Samir with his GT1 can switch the software to 3.0 (not hard at all) and then put on the 3.0 tm 12 software??

I know I should. I m waiting on thier new site release to be done. I ve talked to zolti about it and he said your better off sending us the DME reflashed already. Back then I had hold of a GT1 but now I dont.... So i m ****ed :(

Best bet is to call the shop phone and get some info on it. It shouldn't take them long at all. Technik Shop phone (310) 306-4060 that should help out a bit
