Cams for 325i

Hey i was wondering which cams would best benefit/gain the most hp my 2002 325i auto? I dont plan on getting FI. Ive been reading some of the olders thread, but i am still some what confused about a few things. I was wondering which will give more of a gain shrick cams or the stock cams from a higher end 3 series (330 or 330 ZHP) and what timing should i be looking into for a nonFI car? Also, what is the timing on the cams for a 325l? Thanks

I'd say 264/248..that's what suggested for the M54 engines.
