I have a set of M68 for sale

They have Dunlop SP Sport maxx tires (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/autolink.php?id=48&script=private&forumid=):
front: 235/45/17 70% thread left
rear: 255/40/17 99% left They have 500 miles on them still have the color markings in the tread.

The wheels are in very good condition: One front is new (used to be a spare) the other 3 wheels has some usual minor road nicks on the lips and good otherwise.
I am asking $1000 shipped, $800 picked up.
The rear tires (http://forum.e46fanatics.com/autolink.php?id=48&script=private&forumid=) alone would cost $400.

Why are the tire sizes not 225/45 and 245/40 ?

245/40 is undersized. I know it is the OEM but a quick calculation yields a significant difference on the speedometer compared to 225/45 or 225/40/18. I just decided to oversize the front.

If I break out the set, it looks like I will only be able to sell the spare so I will hold off a couple of weeks before I decide to do that.
