We just brought in CF black kidney grill overlays for various E46 models and other series as well... I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for.

We have the black kidney grilles.
We also have the CF overlays.
I have seen full CF grilles, the quality is usually really really bad, especially on the clips because they are near impossible to make out of fiberglass/cf.
Overlays are the only decent way to get a good quality part.
