Please help me!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Pioneer in dash DVD player.( single din ) I bought the antenna adapter, The wiring harness adapter, and face plate. I got everything hooked up and no sound.......... I have a 2002 325ci with the factory HK system in it. I was told that all I needed to do is install it and it would work.......I have installed stereo systems in every vehicle I've owned for the past 10 years. This is my first BMW. I am stumped and the car stereo shops in my area can not seem to give me any help. I also hooked an old speaker I had laying around up to the deck and it is playing sound just not through my car. Any help is greatly appreciated................:tsk: :banghead:

did you make sure that all of your wire connected correctly?

Did you hook up the remote turn on lead?

Haha, maybe not....If it is not on the wiring harness that they gave me then no...where do I splice it in at? Does it go to one of the unused pins? And I appreciate all of the help.

Found out it was a bad harness I bought. I knew I hooked it up right, it was missing the amp turn on wire. Took it back and compared it and got a new one. Thank you for the replies.......:censor:
