When you changed your clutch/flywheel did you also change the release/throw out bearing with the pressure plate and clutch plate?

The release/throw out bearing can make an audible noise but its more like a steady rasping noise at low RPM. Easiest way to test is to start the car and listen for it while the cars stationary and when you hear it then press the clutch pedal in, if the noise quietens away with the clutch pedal depressed then you have a worn release/throw out bearing.

It might be a ridiculous thing to ask if you changed the release bearing but I've seen too many people to mention just change the clutch plate alone.

I have a Rouge Engineering light weight flywheel, pressure plate and clutch, when you start the car in the morning for the first time and leave it at idle theres no noies, it only starts making a radling noise when the car is drivin a few miles and the tranny is fully warmed up. When I step on the clutch it goes away and when its not pressed then it makes the noise. Is there any solution to this noise. Or what do you think the problem is?

There is no problem, it's just a common characteristic of a ltw flywheel. Trying to silence a ltw flywheel would be like trying to silence a turbo or supercharger, they help, but they make noise, lol. Personally I like the sound of a ltw flywheel when driving, it kind of gives the car that racecar zing sound, but hey to each his own. I can appreciate your desire to have the car be fast and silent, which is part of why I sold my old honda

I have the same problem. People blame the problem on the system its self but I thibk it depends on the developer or manufacturer of the light-weght flywheel. Every person I knew of had a noisy rattling sound on their VW R32 here in Taiwan. I had one and it was pretty quiet compared to the rest of them. First one shipped to me was not right, shipped it back and they shipped me another one and it was great! Of all the flywheels I bought I must say that the best one was from Unorthodox Racing which was what was installed on my VW R32. I give a thumbs up to Unorthodox Racing for that flywheel for my R32. I don't know about the rest of their flywheels but I can tell you that they made one hell of an awesome flywheel for my VW R32 that I had an sold.:)
