Anybody know of any good reliable places to get my lips polished and wheels refinished that wont charge me and arm and a leg??? The last place i got my wheels refinished at charged around $200 a wheel!! :banghead: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Most people will recommend Al's Hubcap in Mineola.

I had bad experience with Al's hubcaps. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

At the meet, one of the guys recommended a place called Wheel Fix in Valley Stream -- 516-825-0600. I'll probably try them for my slightly nicked ZCPs.

he refinished my BBS rc rims back in the day and my M3 contour rims the guy does excellent work, is cheap and he comes to you if your in longisland and fixes your rim on the spot if possible if not he will drop it back to you next day.

go to al's hubcap we never had any trouble with him and i know of a few ep guys go to him to...... just wanted to let you know this........

Al is a very entertaining guy to talk to, but I would never let him repair one of my wheels again. And it wasn't just once I have delt with him...
