whats the difference between these and the titanium ones that go for $119??? Also what color best matches with oem xenons?

To get the closest match, you will go with the 6000k kit. The Titanium has thicker rings and are brighter.

I need cold weather package, this 149 kit comes with the heated rings and will match my 6000k xenons.. when compared brightness wise to the chromiums which is brighter these raptors or the chromiums
