Just wait, right now stores are getting partial shipments from time to time. Luckily I was in the right place at the right time, and paid $239 yesterday.

Just look at the PS3. They were impossible to find, but now I see them on store shelves not selling. The EBay market for them just fell out, and most are selling for retail again.

Wait a month, and you won't have any problems finding WIIs.
