I'm the owner of the claimed 1000 HP on DA web site.
All I can say is never buy a kit from DA MOTORSPOR! my car is still in my garage since I took it back from turkey after 18 months.
I can't drive it over 5000 rpm because of a cut!
I paid for chassis modifications and there is no chassis modification
There is not even one gauge in the car!!!
It consumns as much oil as fuel!!
And a lot of surprises!!!
I was waiting for Mert to send the parts that were missing but now i realise that he will never send them. He just kept the money...
The pictures on the web site do not represent reality, the turbo is much more little under the exhaust manifold. It's a non ball bearing one!

Before sending the car to istanbul, the kit price was 9600 euro,
when i arrived there after a 5 day trip, Mert Dastan, DA MOTORSPORT team chief, told me that i must make some chassis modifications unless he could not do the tests because of the torque. And he added that I also need to change the flywheel to a lighter one, cost about 900 euro and so on... here is the e-mail:
- You need new valves. Also your valve springs must be changed with modified ones. Your current valve springs cannot open and close at 2.2 bar of boost pressure. 9 of the valves are worn and when they are seated they do not seat properly. Also most of the valve steams are worn. We will buy new valves and also heavy duty valve springs. Your current valve springs must be changed. Racing valve springs, upper and lower titanium retainers will be installed. 1640 euro including labor of the head and installation.
- Chasis must be modified. You were in my car and this is no joke. If we do not modify the rear end of the M3 we will damage it during software tuning. We must do it. The first part that will fail is the rear subframe. The final drive carrier will flex and damage the transmission and propeller shaft. We will damage these parts during software tuning. 1.420 Euro for chasis and final drive carrier mods.
- We need a X brace 245 Euro, Front tower brace 420 Euro and rear tower brace 540 Euro. Without these 3 items we cannot test the car. This is not a child’s game. Chasis flexes under 1000 nm of torque if you do not install these parts.
- 2 tires 255-40-17 Bridgestone S03 480 Euro (here we have expensive tires)
- you need a longer final drive. We cannot install the gears if you send them. There is no man here that can do the gear installation. With this short final drive the car cannot make as much boost pressure as it can with a standard final drive. We can find a second hand final drive here. You need a longer final drive at least the standard gear ratio of 3:23
- You need the clutch which we use. This clucth and pressure plate will not hold under 1000 nM of torque and needs to be replaced. 1260 Euro
- You also need a flywheel, your flywheel is worn and need to be replaced with a stronger one. Standard M3 flywheels get damaged under 2.2 bar. 960 Euro. These items MUST be changed. Without these items we cannot modify your car. Please talk to your cousin and write me an email. If one of these items fail we cannot finish the 1000 hp project. You have been in my car and saw how it was. We have serious boost pressures. Your M3 will run at 2.2 bar and rev 8300 rpm.

Chassis mods only consist on front and rear tower brace, and X brace... They didn't modify the final drive carrier.
I have no modified flywheel...

So the final price was 19600 euros, not 32000 usd...

I also paid 4700 euro to the customs before leaving because the car stayed too long in turkey!

i posted up their turbo kit today, i got it in my email for E46 M3 i never knew about you guys posted some stuff & it let me to you. have got their stage II kit for my euro E36 M3 and valve kit, aftrer installing the TSI my RPM wont go up more then 4500. is this the same problem your having, its been more then week Mert has told me he is taking care of it and its coverd under warranty.
