Just do what? From what I can tell (I read most, but not all of the article) it doesn't actually tell you how to unlock a phone, but that it's legal to have or get your phone unlocked. If I'm missing something, please let me know. I'd like to unlock my phone.

u pay an online service that unlocks phones
then u submit all the numbers and stuff to them
then they give u unlock confirmation like a couple hours later
