upgraded to 64FX CPU yesterday, selling my used 64 X2 4400+ and the upgraded thermaltake copper heatsink and fan, it is for a socket 939 motherboard. this is a dual core CPU, it is 2 64bit CPU's on a single die, each CPU running at 2.2ghz with 1mb of L2 cache per core. newegg currently has it for a little over $250 with the stock cooler, I'm asking $150 for the CPU/heatsink&fan. condition is perfect, it is about a year old and has never been placed under excessive load or overclocked.
