Tom @ JMK had his top guy mold my front ACS add-on. I wouldn't recommend ANY other place. Speak to Tom (TOMMY G on here). Their work was extremely good. Just to give you an idea how good of customer support they provide... I noticed chipping within the first week of the bumper being molded and painted. Called Tom and he immediately arranged to have the car picked up at my home NJ (30 min from JMK). Once back at their shop they determined that the issue was caused by not adding an adhesion chemical into the primer. They repainted it and had it delivered back to my home by the end of the week. No questions asked. Thats the kind of customer service you simply cannot find anymore. Go their... ask for Tom. And don't worry, they know when to add the adhesion agent now. :lmao:

Haha that might be my fault. The job they did on my car may have scared them away from undertaking a similar project. I know their obsession with detail and perfection likely made it into a much more involved process especially for a body shop like that. They're more charged with the responsibility of fixing customer cars and making trade ins like new... not for knuckleheads like me wanted to make their car more custom.

thats weird cuz i talked to tommy here on teh forums about getting a csl add on installed n painted and told me to to come on a certain day and i did, and i asked the people at the front desk to get him cuz he said to ask for him and he didnt even have the time to come out and help me, i dont know if i will ever go back there, service wasnt the greatest imo. They made it seem like he was the ceo of bmw corporate and i couldnt talk to him unless i had a 100 to throw at them

i never have enough time in the day to do all my duties (he-he) but i always try to get to meet with the fanatics.
i do apologize, maybe i was having employee issues that day or something with the shop. ultimately, that has to be my first priority...but i can say i was not even aware that you stopped by.
its a curse in disguise, i would have to acredit matt and jeff with the explosion of jmk on these forums in the beginning and sometimes i just cant take care of everyone
just cause its early and im bored ill give you some stats
25 employees
paint 8-10 cars a day
deliver 6-10 cars a day back to customers
have a total of 75 cars in the facility at one time
write about 15-20 estimates per day
and phone calls from 730-530 non stop
largest repair to date was $42k
it gets stressful at times, but thank you all for your business and all of your kind words

No dirty dirt for me. My cousin Matt (sosomatt on here) is coming in for dinner on Saturday. Forget March & April, the city is like a convection oven, its not that cold. We'll park it in Meatpacking District and be done with our travels for the night.
