It has no scratches and it also comes with the travel charger and car charger and with all of the org stuff with its org box. I will post pics tom. i am pretty firm on the price i might be willing to go down a bit but not much.

290 is really good price. i picked up mine new when it first came out for 599. now i heard it's still 499 if u can even find it.

sorry guys i just cleared the pms. also im sorry but im not taking any trades i already have my blackberry and i really dont want to sell this phone but i dont have any use for it bc i need the blackberry. but i have a lot of offers anyone is welcome to make me an offer its just a couple of people have offered a bit more just letting everyone know. im also getting my friend to loan me his camera the phone is in mint condition it looks new but i will take pics.
