DICE vs. Ice Link- iPod Pause when Engine turned off

I just upgraded my Ice Link to the Dice adapter

With my Icelink when I shut the engine off the ipod paused and just charged
Is this the case with the DICE apdapter?

it charged with the engine off?
well, the dice will turn off the ipod, but it doesn't draw current. as long as you don't unplug, it should restart where it left off.

99-01 Blaupunkt radios do not give the DICE the "kill" signal when turned off, you must turn the iPod off manually or select a different mode (AM/FM) before turning the vehicle off.
