My M3 CS was equipped with DTM Kit of DA.
For some time power was enough. A couple of weeks ago, raced a Merc E55 AMG on the highway and could not beat E55 AMG.
DA motorsport is close to my house, decided to visit them, although I read negative things about DA.
When I went to DA, I saw 2 E46 M3s with twin turbos on them. Had a test drive on Saturday. 2 days ago.
E46 M3 twin turbo has wheelspin in 4 gear at 10 psi. 3rd gear is just funny, wheel spin all rpms.
Right after the test we returned back to the shop, I bought my twins kit. DA had one twin turbo kit ready and I bought it. And as of todayy I am having twins installed onto my CS. CS is just 6000 km old..
Test drive was impressive. Sound of twins and exhausts was my tone.

this is my kit. I also have some HKS gauges, will look like japanese inside.
I had a fears of DA, but when I was at their shop there are two E46 m3 twin turbo, E39 M5 twin supercharged and other Ms.
Today we have removed my supersprint headers and oem intake manifold and started installation. Everything goes nice. Have bought da`s rear tower brace, ordered stop tech rear brake kit for better stopping***61514;
This week my M3 CS twin turbo will be tuned on dyno and I will make many photos, and videos. Just for CS twin turbo I bought a sony handy cam today.

10.5 psi and your only getting 400hp? And its Twin turbo?!
AA supercharger kit is getting more HP out of less pressure then that.

You noob, it also depend on the turbo size. Using 2 small one is pretty darn good to fit it under there.

Well, I read a thread on E46psi.com that Merit posted saying they scraped the 330turbo kit, and replaced it with a twin turbo kit. They seemed to have issues with out side euro spec car set ups. This works much better. Again I wont trust them yet, but hey you never know. I hope they start making great kits there more the better. But first they really need to prove them self's and Merit needs to apologize even if its not his fault. Just admit **** happens and they are trying to fix things around. Well that is if he want's people from the US to buy his stuff.

For the guys questioning if this is Mert or not, I did an IP check and it does not match up to those used by Mert.
Anyway, good luck with DA-M. I think most members are skeptical of DA-M after their 330 turbo project and then the one fellow with the M3 that got screwed over by them, I think they're shady as hell and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. BUT since you live in Turkey maybe things will be easier for you. :dunno:
Good luck.

yeah i know that. but putting 2 turbo's that small on there is useless. Look at HPF, they didnt have a problem putting a T67 under the hood.

Actually, until the VTG variable turbos are proven in production, the general consensus is that a dual turbo setup give you more efficiency, less lag, and overall better performance throughout the entire RPM range.

They both have their advantages, i think suitably a large single setup on the S54 is perfect for high rpm power.

Found this on another forum too
Hi,
My name is Baris and I am from Cyprus with a Hybrid M3 Right Hand Drive but Touring.
I have a M3 Touring.
My Touring started life as a 316i. then I have swapped M3 engine, transmission and differential, M3 tacho, M3 seats.
Power was enough for 3 months. Then I started thinking about supercharging, or turbocharging.
There are many supercharged M3s and i wanted something special, a turbo kit.
Talked to DA motorsport, they said they can twin charge my M3. I had a fear, as there are some negative info about DA,. DA is close to Cyprus, visited them.
Test drove a Twin Turbo E46 M3 and decided for the turbo system. There was a 2003 M3 SMG twin turbo and also a 2006 M3 CS Twin Turbo. Test drove both. and fell in love. Both M3s were wheel spinning in 4th gear.
But the problem was they did not offer a twin turbo kit for RHD M3s. Only for LEFT HANDED M3s.
I sent my E46 M3 Touring to DA and got a wide body conversion where the fenders are enlarged for fitting 20` wheels, body has been painted with a blue color. A body shop has made front and rear bumpers which look pretty aggressive.
Now the Touring M3 is at DA motorsport for twin turbo project.
http://www.da-motorsport.com/urunler/e46_m3_twin_turbo_kit/index.htm
My Touring M3 will be there for 2 months. They said that their left hand drive twin turbo kit is totally different than a right hand drive twin turbo kit. I need to wait two months
Will take some photos of the body work and wheels and post here.
i guess I am the only right hand drive & Touring E46 M3 with two turbochargers. This will be a real sleeper, and i will share the photos with you.
Baris
I also live part time in Cyprus, might have to check it out myself?
This is a UK forum - RHD M3?????
Something doesnt stack up, if they do have a quality kit for the M3, the need to stand up and apologise/explain the **** thats already happened.

very true......but if i wanted 2 small turbos for more efficiency ide sell my M3 and go buy a 335i.

The use of twins in most applications is a small and a larger turbo. The small turbo spools easier in low rmps and when the motor is pushing enough exhaust the big turbo in essence takes over. The use of twins is to mostly eliminate turbo lag caused by just using one large turbo. You can achieve more power most of the time with just a single large turbo but is not always as streetable..

you have to admit though with their streak of fails, they might of actually came up with a steady system.
