Hi guys,

For those of you running 6~8 psi (regardless of the tuner who built your kit) and have replaced spark plugs, which ones did you use? Did anyone continue to stick with the factory plugs? I understand that injector sizes makes a difference, but does upgrading plugs improve output as well? I guess my real question is, continue to run with factory spark plugs wouldnt hurt right?

And for those of you who switched to other spark plugs, where (which vendor) did you purchase the new plugs from?

I replaced mine with NGK Iridium IX, part # BKR6EIX. No complains so far.

Make sure you go with cold plugs If your stock plugs are BKR6EIX up grade to BKR7EIX.
How that answer you question

Checked out the website...

In the Premium Class.. saw both DENSO IRIDIUM PLUGS and NGX IRIDIUM XI... what's the different between those two if anyone knows or had any experience with them??? TIA.

I personally use the NGK for obvious reasons but have been told that if i did not like the NGKs because of idle or engine shake to use the Denso plugs. Personally I have not used them but most of the people i talk to use those plugs.

ok, so colder plugs help the boosted engine run smoother. I've read some where people recommend Denso plugs, but wasn't sure which model it is. Thanks for the link, how come the densos almost cost twice as much as the NGKs??

Has anyone else actually tried out both on their boosted engine and can provide some feedback? :)
