removing FPR from old asa kit help please.

I removed the FPR and restored the fuel filter to it's original configuration, but I now have an open vacuum line from where the FPR met the "F" connector. Any ideas on what to do with the open vacuum hose? Anyone with a modern ASA kit should be able to answer this question. My kit is from the old days of FPR and ASAtronic. I removed all this to install s/w and injectors.
