Would that fit on an E46 328Ci? Its says M52, I know my car has the M52TU but are the ports different on the E36 328's and E46 328's?

I'm pretty sure it won't fit. The E36 and E46 ports are a different shape. I think the E46 has trapezoidal ports while the E36 has rounded ports. I may be wrong though.

Correct. and based on the pict, those runners look way long and in the wrong geometry too to fit a E46

Technically it WILL bolt up, but it may not run so well. The ports are slightly different shapes, and like the OBDI swap, you still lose your DISA unit, which helps quite a bit down low.
just boost your car and get it over with already :D

The M50 manifold actually flows better than a Shrick manifold (proven through flowbench testing) and it costs about 4-5 times less. The M50 manifold is plastic composite which also resists heat soak better than the aluminum Shrick... They both bolt up to the same heads so it would make a lot more sense to go with a M50 over the Shrick if you want to try to get a different manifold to work. With proper tuning a M50 manifold swap could give some big HP gains on a FI e46, it's definately worth looking into since the m52tu and m54's two stage manifolds seem to be more restrictive than the older designs

I thought about the m50 route already, and even purchased a manifold and TB plate to do the conversion.
It's more work than it seems, and it includes welding some holes shut in your block. I was told that there would def. be gains, but they would be at high rpm's, and I would lose a lot of low end power.
