Im thinking of selling my bike. If you wanted to view the bike in person, please let me know. If you need more info please don't hesitate to contact me.
Background info: I was in the process on converting it into a track bike, although my plans changed and I wanted to convert it to a show bike. I pretty much lost interest in the whole project so it has a bunch of aftermarket parts on it, but it is not completely track ready as it stands. A few things will make this a great track bike.
The bike is currently stored in Gurnee, Illinois. It has never been tracked.
Current mileage is around 9000 (Purchased new in July 2003)
Title is clean and clear (I will give you the VIN upon request)
Aftermarket parts:
-TechnoMagnesio cast magnesium wheels (custom fitted - Ducati Corse front and GSXR 1K Rear) with custom spacers, bearings, etc.
-Michelin Pilot Powers (under 1200 miles)
-45 tooth rear sprocket w/ spare 43 tooth sprocket
-15 tooth front sprocket
-D.I.D. ERV3 Gold chain with Rivet master link
-320mm Full Floating Brembo front discs and a custom titanium rear disc
-Power Commander PCIII USB
-Sato full titanium exhaust (w/titanium canister hanger)
-BMC Race filter
-4x 30mm Velocity Stacks installed (short factory stacks)
-Valmoto rearset adjusters
-Godfather Upper, Lower, Ram air, and Front fender (Upper has been cut to fit custom headlights) Unpainted
-Puig double bubble smoked windscreen
Other Modifications:
Well I do have some other small things on it like bar ends, custom silver CF heelgaurds, the stock rear tail was modified to fit a ZX10R (or newer 6R) tail light, and a few other small things.
Extra parts:
I do have a few stock parts lying around also, and I was also working on making CF undertails but I'm not sure what is exactly left as I have sold most of the stock parts. I do have some stands (not race stands, but they got the job done)
Gear:
HJC CL-14 green (small)
Alpinestars Stunt jacket black/grey (50Euro)
Joe rocket full suit green/purple (older model new with tags 40US)
I really don't know what is a fair price and I don't want to get lowballed either, so lets say I'm looking to get around $5000 negotioable for everything listed. You will have to supply your own transport for it also as I don't want to have to deal with shipping.
In the subject please put "ZX6RR" so I know to read it before deleting because I've been getting alot of junk mail lately, or PM me.
