I've been doing some research about TS kits and cams. From what I've read here, the ZHP cams are 248/248 and TMS shows the Schrick cams at 264/248.
I figure that I can get the zhp cams for less than the schrick cams which are less than the ESS cams on their site.
Can I use the ZHP cams with the TS2+ kit? And aren't the ESS cams 264/248 like the Schrick cams?

You are not goin to want 264/248 cams with FI. Those specs are for a NA car. For forced induction you want 248/256 and I believe Technik also sells a 260/268 if you are boosting in excess of 12-14psi.

I believe the ESS and shrick (Shrick makes them for ESS) are 248/256 and yes the ZHP cams are 248/248

Will there be a big difference between the 248/248 ZHP and the 248/256 ESS cams?
So I'm wondering if I could use the ZHP cams with the TS2+ kit?

Yes you will see a big difference between the stock ZHP cams and Schricks 248/256 cams. On AA's TS the Unique Design ZHP put down 332whp. Then then added the Schrick 248/256 and I believe they put down a bit above 360whp.

I believe that the zhp are not 248/248. They are less. There was a thread about this about 6 months ago. The consensus was that they were more aggressive than the stock cams, but not by much and bmw wont say what they are. The Schrick 248/248 are more aggressive than the zhp's.

There is also a strong rumor that BMW kinda confirms that the cams are a profile that Alpina came up with....so in effect the ZHP is running Alpina cams therotically.
