Hi guys,

Im new to this so as much detail as possible needed! lol

I have a 2003 320D Sport - 150BHP - Want to add some mods to it to boost it as much as i can. Whats the first things to do? any help appreciated.

Get software. You will see big gains off of a turbo diesel.

I can vouche for ESS software . It seriously the bomb and you prob cant find anything else on the face of the earth for your car, maybe except for that jim conforti guy ;)

I use a software upgrade similar to ESSīs solution, but i had mine done in Germany.

ESS has a seriosly good reputation withh diesel owners in Sweden. Iīd would have gotten that if i hadnīt already gotten what i got (Makes kinda sense). After that, an open intake and exhaust is a pretty good option.

Then it starts getting expensive since your going to need to change the fuelpump and turbocharger. At that point, itīs easier to just upgrade to a 330D if your staying with E46īs

Do you have anything for the 204 hp version 330d? I only found a map for the "old" version by following your link

:excited: It is... the trade off is the low rev. limiter. Pulls like a train from low revs, but dies off earlier than its petrol brothers
