I've searched the forums and found several threads where there were people planning on strapping a SC on their ZHP ...but don't see where anyone actually went thru with it. Has anybody done this mod and if so, how did it turn out?

ESS has a Twin Screw (and possibly a CF kit now).

AA has the C38 kit and the Twin Screw available.

I do have a TE Stage 3 cf supercharger on my car (alongwith some other mods). Think I might have been shipped a Stage 1 or 2 Pulley though. Will have to get the Stage 3 pulley from Samir when I get back. I love it. Car is quick. I would say as quick as an M3 with my mods. Do have the 260/268 cams waiting to be mounted. That should put me over the top.

By the way, reason I say as quick is because I don't think the dynojet numbers that most tuners use to advertise their kit is accurate. I think mustang nos. are closer to what manufacturers would use. My .02.

My old ZHP has been supercharged for like 8 months. I love it, very responsive and powerful. Way faster than an M3 (sorry guys)

I've got ESS's stage 2 twin screw. Great addition to the car. It makes the 6 act as if it's a very powerful V-8.

Can anyone comment on the AA vs TE vs ESS kits in terms of pluses and minuses? Any benefit of one over the other (besides price)? I also noticed some kits were intercooled and others weren't. Any particular reason for this? Sorry for the noob questions. Still deciding on whether or not to SC.

There is an excellent page on wikipedia that may answer some of your questions.

As with any open-source/collaborative commons-type site, caveat emptor.

Thanks for the info, guys. MarvelPhx, great site BTW and great car. Awesome write-ups and reviews. It seems the general consensus in that the ESS TS kit is the one to get if money was no object. But is there any compelling reason to get the Technik kit over the Active kit or vice versa?

TE is getting harder and harder to get in touch with.
