AA sc kit Pulleys dont rotate!!!

i was driving down the road after fitting the charger kit on, its only been like 20 miles. all of a sudden the car just stalls, then i try cranking it back up again it wont crank!! it started making some loud noises, turns out the pulleys dont rotate anymore, its really hesitant and it screeches:cry:
i feel so depressed, i didnt even get to drive the car!! please can you guys help

who installed the kit?

Were the belts installed right... Check to see if the belt fell off..... Take the belt off and check to see if you can spin the supercharger with your hand..... Did you guys remember to fill in the traction oil... Who ever installed it should be able to back track and figure out what went wrong.... :thumbsup:

the belts were installed properley, turns out the waterpump pulley is cracked. the tensioner is gone. im going to replace the pulley and the water pump just to be sure
