Hello,

Recently bought an AA SC car that has a bunch of AA parts...LOVE the car. It has: AP RACING / Active Autowerke Flywheel/Clutch COMBINATION...

I am guessing this is normal...But the clutch has a lot of noise when engaged in neutral. Reminds me of my 1979 fully modded Camaro that I had 20 years ago as a teenager! That had a racing clutch in it and had "throw-out bearing noise".

Not crazy loud, but when in neutral stopped at a light with the clutch out, it is very obvious. Everything works fine...Just loud.

Thanks in advance!

It's the flywheel that is chattering. Nothing is wrong with it, it chatters because it's an aluminum flywheel, in comparison to the stock dual mass flywheel that would normally absorb the noise.

Great to hear...The previous owner mentioned the same thing...Just confirming. I know my Old "muscle cars" made a similar noise.
