Just sounds like a TSE3 to me but I don't know for certain.

Some of that is undoubtedly due to differences in recording equipment. Also, most of the UUC clips are taken from inside the car and none of their clips keep the engine at high revs for extended periods like the guy in the clip you linked.

no it doesn't have headers, TSE3 with headers will just make your ears bleed.

That sounds a lot like my brothers 330ci. I think he deleted the the resonator and that other thinga ma jig. (between the headers w/cats and the resonator) Is that a resonator also?? It was awfully heavy.

So, he has straight pipes off the headers to the stock muffler.

Its an automatic also.
