EDIT: it worked, but made a mistake on shipping address. i mistakenly chose my home address instead of my work address (both are verified) can i make a change because no one is ever home during shipping hours.

the site seems to be quite silly when it reads characters.
The attached shows how it's supposed to look - aka BLACK.
