hello everyone, i have been away for quite some time and i am not at all pleased to find both of technik's phone numbers disconnected and they are also absent from the sponsors page.

whats going on? is technik gone or what? (i really cant imagine that)

if they are still around does anyone have a phone number, or if other companies are wtching this forum, can any of you help me with replacement parts to fit an infinitas sk1 kit?

TIA RR

Good luck with them. They are awful. Lexie330ci is probably never going to get his ECU back from them for his SC install.

technik which is basically in samir's name I believe is still around to provide support and upgrades for all its kits it sold while in buisness.

the extra used kits that went around as parts and sold by samir I think was like a liqudation and I doubt youll see full fledge support for those things.

last time I checked auto talent and zolti from technic seemed prettttttty busy with alot of.. um supercars...

twin turbo gallardo widebody....

lakeshow got a ecu update from samir recently..from samir and even mentioned the m6 which I see regulary while hanging out at the shop.

maybe the management just did a dave chepelle..

this is just my personal view so if it conflict if your ..I dont care, samir never did me wrong. I actaully never dealt with him except one time i asked indirrectly to ex-worker mike for some m3 seats which I got an answer for and that was it.

yeah thats what happned to technic, the core now autotalent with technik(zolti) is the spizzy now. but i didnt say this noobs.:jack:

Please don't confuse Sam's (AutoTalent) customer service with Samir (Technik). They are two completely separate companies now, despite the fact that the facilities used are/were the same. The west L.A. facility is now almost entirely AutoTalent, run by Sam.

Sam, Simon (we all know Simon), Amil, et al are all extremely helpful individuals that do their best to resolve any situations as well as can get anyone here pretty much anything they'd ever need with their cars in a timely manner. And Zolti. He is, quite possibly, one of *the* most extremely knowledgeable people across such a wide range of cars.

If you need help with Technik stuff, I'd suggest contacting Samir directly or finding out how to contact him by contacting AutoTalent.

contact sam at autotalent, hes dope. theyll handle all your needs, no matter what you need, even though the place isnt technically called technik. but zolti will be the one working on your car. =)

It is hard to get in touch with Samir when he was around the forum. Now, it is even harder. They hardly check emails. So really, good luck trying to contact Samir. I wonder if Lexus330ci got his DME back yet...

Lexie has not gotten his ECU back.

Thanks to Techik disappearing and being slow to respond his car hasn't been drivable for over a year. I think they are FINALLY going to send it back here shortly.....we'll see.

So much for customer service. It is amazing how they bounce around customers. You contact Technik to only to be told to contact Autotalent. If you have a problem, Autotalent tells you to contact Technik. They are under the same roof, is it so hard to walk up to each other and coordinate? :hmm:

BTW, DME reflash should not take a month.

It was sent originally over a year and returned unprogramed (he had a shark injector) a month later. Then sent back, returned because they had moved, couple months lost as they never tried to track it down but instead the post office had to figure it out. Sent AGAIN back in I want to say early October, still haven't had it show up. Its beyond acceptable many times over.
