don't have to be pretty, but need to be cheap (definitely nothing more than $400) and round.

Cheaper the better.

TSW Evo's 17x8.5. They have junk tires on em now but I also have a set of barely used Hoosier R3S04's that I can mount for additional cost...

The offset on the TSW's is 40mm...and I'm in Dayton.

oops I was thinking of getting rid of my sport edition f6 because they are sticking out a bit (winter tires), but even though the offset is ok, with 8.5'' width on the tsw's they'll be sticking out even more.. :(
