A couple of weeks ago I saw a lowest than 5 rating, where did that go?

The nice thing about reseller ratings is that they validate every review to ensure that the customer is legitimate and purchased from us. We had a few fake reviews up there that Reseller Rating took down because they found out they hadn't ordered from us.

even if they didn't have the power, couldn't they just claim that person never ordered? :dunno:

We can only remove the review if we can prove a couple of things:
-the person isn't who they say they are
-The invoice number they give is invalid


We had 2 nasty reviews, and the invoice numbers were like 000000.... so we flagged them. 90% sure it was one of our competitors.

We do, however, have one review of a customer who was unhappy ( :cry: ) and we wouldn't remove it, even if we could (which we can't)
