$25 shipped for both bracket and holder(original post was for bracket only). The bracket installs under the dash trim.
1. pop up the trim
2. undo the nut
3. place the bracket
4. tighten the nut back on
5. push the trim back in.

I had it for 3 years too without problems...It's great i used it as a gps mount too! But i just got an e92 328i so it has to go. So far no payment received. If i don't get a payment by 5pm, SHO(member on this forum) will get it.
