Ok, last night I decided to remove my bandpass box and build a custom fit unit into my spare tire well. (See Pictures and tell me what you think)
I never had a spare in there so the space was empty. I carry around a cool product that comes in a neat carrying case with a portable air compressor and some green tire sealant glue.
I'm not to crazy about the blue fabric, that was the only thing I had on hand. I will probably switch it out for some black or even get something similar to what the original truck material.
As for the amps, I like the location but, im not to convince on the smaller amp with all the wire coming out of it. I may re-locate the smaller amp so I can hide the cables. I was thinking about mounting it above the rear deck where the factory sub sat since its not there anymore.
For the empty space after the box, I plan on installing Nitrous this week and thats where the bottle is going.
MORE PICTURES TO COME - GOING TO WORK ON IT OVER THE WEEKEND

I have the same issue with the wires plus I fold my seats and don't want the amp in the way. I also need longer wires if I ever need to fold seats.
Tomorrow I'll install my 5-ch MB Quart amp on the same place as you say, above rear deck, where the factory subs are.
One side will be secured with hinges so I will be able to drop the amp 90 degrees if I ever want to check cables etc.
I'll post a lot of pics tomorrow

You can either cut slits on the carpet and re-route the wires to conceal them, or build carpeted panels to surround the components and hide the wires.

That looks very clean.
How did you mount the Amps to the rear seats? Just use metal screws?

I normally get them lined up using drywall screws, then replace them with regular screws (drywall screws will come off over time). On some amps you might have problems with gounding them directly to metal though. Best way to avoid this problems and to have a solid mount is to make a mount for the amp. A carpeted piece of MDF looks good and works well to isolate the amp.

Interesting location for the sub. What kind of volume/cu ft did you manage to get out of that?
Also, not to pick, but you could get rid of one or both of those 1.5 farad caps and it wouldn't affect your system. Especially considering the wattage you're working with. In the least, 2 is an overkill...unless you just like the look.

I went with some metal screws and they seems to be working out pretty well. The amps have been mounted for over a year now and there still holding strong.

Yeah, I actually like the look of the two caps, that was my reason for doing the two. But I think I may remove both and replace with one rockford to match with the rest of the amps.
Still thinking about removing the small amp and placing it where the stock sub is located.
I'll have more pictures this weekend when I install the nitrous bottle.

i would recommend you mount your amps onto a board right between the sub and the rear seat, they will be more secure there and you could hide all the wiring runing to them by runing them right along the bottom back edge of the trunk . your amps will be more safe there, ive hit bumps in the road before and 1 of my amps fell off the rear seat/metal mount. if you are going to mount the amps on there I recommend using a small bolt to do so with a nut to secure it on the other side.
ps-zip ties are great for making an install look clean (all the wires)

Updated photos, still in progress. I'm thinking about adding a port to the box, due to the sound quality. The speaker orginial come out of a box that had a port in it.
I also want to build some type of door or cover to go over the nitrous bottle.

If you add a port to the box, your int volume req'ts will change for that sub. Usually, you need a larger box for a venter application. Might not work too well and I wouldn't advise unless you are building a new box.
