Hi Ive been thinking about putting together a turbo kit for my 330. Once I have everthing and install it I am going to need a tune otherwise my car wont run. What are my options if anyone knows please help. Also I am unsure what size turbo would be a good fit. Would I need to upgrade my injectors and fuel pump?

If you live near philly, VAC can do a custom tune. Are you going to build up the engine?

Try contacting Nick G. at Technique Tuning.
Regardless of who does it though, expect to pay big $$ for this kind of work.
EDIT:
Of course, he may prefer to just sell you one of his own kits that should be hitting the market soon.

I would use an M3 as for this project for a few reasons:
1) More parts available for this project
2) More M3's that are turbo'd out there now, so more experienced tuners for a turbo e46 M3
3) Much better of a base engine to start with that will yield much more power.
With the M3, you can contact AA or HPF and hopefully buy their piggy back's off them, which would make things MUCH easier!

You won't find tuning for cheap anywhere. These cars aren't like ***. cars where you can throw on a SuperAFC and have it tuned for $60 at a local shop. There's a reason that no production turbo kits are out, they just aren't worth the headache or cost.
On stock internals you're going to make maybe 300rwhp with the turbo, and possibly a bit more with cams and exhaust upgrades.

If you're on a budget, and since you're in FL, then you would probably be better off with one of AA's budget SC kits.

ESS has a S/C with 14 psi. Your foolish to try turbo your 330. Ya think there is a reason all these tuners dont have a turbo kit available for the 330 for sale???
