I have a 1999 328i with 103k on the motor. I will be starting a higher paying job within the next couple of weeks, so as a treat to myself I want to boost the ride. I know that I want to get about 300 - 350 hp and i love the look of the front mount intercooler. I know Technik makes a kit but I wanted to look at other options as well. Does anybody know if AA makes a stage 2 kit that would use the intercooler? I'm trying to stay away from a twin screw set up just for the look aspect. If need be I will go with one if I cannot achieve the hp I'm looking for. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the AA stage 2 c-38 is intercooled. And you will get the power you are looking for. Give them a call though, they are great guys. Very helpful.

I'm running the AA level II C38 kit on my 00' 328i with 183k miles

You're gonna get more horsepower and better throttle response through a lyscholm blower, over a centrifugal. I have the stage 1 AA C38, and I honestly would have gotten a TS if I had had the money.

What kind of numbers are you putting down and do you have any pictures of your kit installed?

What sort of gauges are you using to monitor everything? How are they mounted?

I have a bunch of other mods done, but on a close to stock 328 with the level II you'll put down ~300rwhp.

I only run a boost gauge right now, but would like to get an AFR one set up in the near future. I'm sure I have some pics somewhere, I'll post then up for ya in a little.
