idler pulley for ASA tm 12.. which hole lol?

which hole did you guys put the idlers in? the bottome or top one?? i believe some kits come with only one hole and some come with 2 holes for the idler and my belt keeps coming off one tooth :(

In the red circle are 2 holes. I can screw in the idler in any of those 2 holes. Which one did you guys install the idler in?
