I have had the amp in the car for awhile now, but I just have it laying in the trunk. When the weather warms up a bit I would like to mount the amp in a fixed location. I would rather not remove the spare from the car, but if that is the easiest location to put an amp, then so be it.
The amp measures as follows:
W: 18.7"
D: 10.5"
H: 2.3"
Thanks,

The easiest way is to mount the amp onto the speaker box just a suggestion.

tire well=heat not being able to escape amp=bad
box=unless the box itself is mounted down its a bad idea since the box can slide and amp cables cables can rip out.
and it wont be so easy to tune while its on the box. and it can never be removed without leaving screw holes in the box which seriously messes up the box by making air holes that arent supposed to be there=useless.
best bet is to mount it to back of seat, it will be out of the way, cool, easy to wire/tune and wont be somewhere where it can slide around and come undone. I'd recommend useing bolts with nuts attached on the other side on the sheet metal behing the rear seat. this will make sure it never moves/falls off. my old amp fell of twice because it was mounted with plain old screw, not bolted on. i bolted it on and it never fell off again. Personally I have a custom built carpeted amp rack that is mounted on the flat space between the tire well and the back of the rear seat.

build a false floor. I still have full access to spare and two amps in the floor.
