about 90hp at the wheels for an entry level compressor.

You need sc plus gears to beat a stock m3. With all my mods but stock (3.07) gears, I am dead even with lightly modded m3's (intake and exhaust) and only start pulling around 100 mph. I dyno at 309 rwhp, 248 rwtq vs. M3's 282 rwhp, 228 rwtq (mustang dyno). That is the difference the m3's gears make.
