An e46 m3 CSL with an e36 M3 engine? Sounds like a rather strange project to me. Since you are working with an e36 motor, you will probably get better input from the guys in the FI forum over at bimmerforums.com. Lots of e36 expertise there, not so much here since we're an e46 forum.

rather strange project ?? why , the csl owner bought a e36 engine for his e46 because he found a full forged engine ( a aborted project , with the asa compressor etc ) for a really good price

A full forged engine? Is that ful forged internals, or the block is forged, too?

Engine blocks are cast, not forged.

I have cast a few blocks before, I'm studying automotive engineering. That's why I was confused.
The cost of making this E36 engine work seems like it isn't worth it compared to just building the M3 with new pistons and conrods.

Check out the haltech systems but it takes forever to tune the car. You have a dyno? Then it won't take as long. But otherwise one drives and one sits in the passenger seat and tunes the car using a laptop.

the engine have forged pistons and conrods ,
we have a dyno for our management
-for resume :
-APEXI safc neo
-Motec
-haltec
-ess ( if they have supercharged setup on their products)
-DATAFAST P8 ecu
any other ?
and for you what's the best money / capacities product for our setup
..... for an 15 psi max forced induction engine ^^
