Just wanted to share...
Had issues with my car after an install and called Hans in Norway. Must have been close to midnight there so I thought I would be left with leaving a message.
Nope, he picked up and helped me with my issues by pointing me in the direction of the throttle body (it was an adaption issues that disconnecting the battery and turn the ignition on and off for 10 sec each took care off)
Too many vendors out there with a great marketing team but when push comes to show, the service with a smile is nowhere to be found..
 for ESS!

My car is now almost 400 miles away in the shop awaiting the kit, hope its not too much longer. Been almost 3 weeks since I ordered the kit.

Hello,
Can you please be more precise about your problem of throttle adaptation and how exactly you resolved it.
Thanks in advance.

Still waiting.
I checked with production and your kit will ship out on Monday. There was a delay due to a problem with a CNC machine that manufactures the VT series main bracket. The machine is now up and running again with parts being completed this weekend.

Great, that means at least another 2 weeks before it`ll be finished. :banghead:

The VT460 installs in 1 day, FedEx to the UK takes 2. No need for 2 more weeks?

If you can get it here in 2 days, that`ll be great. I`ll expect it Wed.

Well Wed`s here and no kit. The tracking No you sent to me on Mon relates to a package that hasn`t even been picked up, starting to loose all faith in ESS. :thumbdwn:

Try to have a little patience. I can guarantee you that ESS will be there to support you when you really need them. :hi:
Just curious but why did you ship your car 400 miles away for the install before you (or your shop) even had the kit in hand?

Because I was told by ESS on the 12th Feb that the kit was ready to be shipped and would be at the workshop within 6-8 days.

Sorry to hear things haven't gone as expected. Hang in there though, I think you'll be more than satisfied once you get your car back with the SC installed.

FedEx does not have their own logistics systems in parts of Europe. The tracking update is not always up to speed because of this. Your kit should be delivered tomorrow morning.

I can vouch for this error on FedEx's part. I have received parts in the US from them before the FedEx system ever updated saying it left Gardermoen, Norway...
