then I'll put an order in. I guess for an even $20.00 that should cover the cost of shipping in the US.
I have at least 6 so far and expect more. More info to follow in a few days.

Fair enough. I know I am a newbie BUT I will take a picture of the nfob when i get it along with my 330ci with its license plate displayed.

Or since I might get paranoid about it I will cut and paste the payment to my vendor.
I WILL provide my info to anyone interested or making a payment OR I could just not offer it at all if the admin wishes.
I will submit a photo when I get it and give an honest review of it's quality.
Ill post further when I get the sample in.

roger that. The net is full of them but I live by the creed of do honest business and success will be an eventuality, not a probability.
I will make an assessment on the quality and post before any requests are filled. Also I would take extra care to personally ship them myself (feels like I am back selling watches again in my dads store) Or I will arrange the supplier to ship individually saving me the legwork. Too early to tell. What would the members prefer?
Also I did see a similar item but with a compass on ebay search ebay bmw accessories) but it is not as classy and the shipping from Australia is $20.00!

I'll have n answer by Saturday and will order the BMW fobs Monday. I giot him to cut my order in half to 25 since I ordered some citizen watch diver watch dials, so the first 25 people here wil be "on the list". Antotehr suplier in asia sent me info on some automatic and quartz watches he has with the BMW logo. I will get more info if any are interested. I will post a picture of one of the watches he stocks with citizen quartz movements.

What do you guys think? Here is the "flavor" of what is ovvered in the loge watches with quality movements. I can also source automatics but in my opinion I am unsure about the reliability of the movement. I have to get a piece cost on having these made with a citizen movement. My dad has meen a jeweler watchmaker for over 41 years and I apprenticed so I have learned what is the quality and what will be disposable. I have 3 good vendors I use religiously and they supply quality genuine citizen (miyota) parts.
let me get this key fob from my singapore connection and we'll take it from there.

Getting my 330ci back today! Dealer just called the dealer called and she's readt, new left tail light for the bum LED's and new DSC computer as well as left rear window motor. They also gave it an alignment while it was there and leaving now to pick her up!!!!!

Question - whats the deal with the N,S,E,W on the fob? Is it also a compass or what?

watchbuff

Not a compass, It's a directional reference marker. Mostly for decoration but can be useful for orientation.

I will have my fob this week and will review it for you guys and do a QC check. I will have to check back with the supplier and figure out on how much to ship to each person interested in one. Not making anything on these boys, just don't want to lose anything either.

Gotcha... still think that's a little strange and pointless though. I'd rather see a 12, 3, 6, 9, then directions. If you know where one direction is then you obviously know the rest. 'Oh, thats North, so let me turn my keyfob around to figure out where east is'... see what I mean. Either way - still nice pieces and will prob pick some up myself.

Looks like I will be getting the key fob tomorrow. I will look it over and make sure it is decent. I comes with a Selita movement which is generic Japanese but good qualiy, found in higher end designer watches from retail stores like the Limited, A&F etc.

Looks like my piece cost will be 20.60 unless I but 500 (thats not happening) and I can ship to any member interested in the US for an even $25.00 Europe will be more but I have to figure that out. Figure double on the shipping (10.00) and I can do paypal and eat the fees (it's not much on $20.00) I think this will be a one time offer unless there is a HUGE calling for it. I am lmiting my first order to 15 pieces so I don't end up "eating" that much just in case.:yikes:

The BMW watch FOB came in 2 days ago so I "field tested it" and like it. It is a bit heavy but the construction is solid and the quartz watch movement is a typical Miyota quartz that is dependable and shock resistant.
The Fob is heavy and I submit the pictures to compare with a BMW Key.
The front of the Fob opens like a switchblade revealinf the watch fase which is cool and the leather-ette strap attaches to a heavy duty interlocking spring loaded clip.
Let me know if there is much interest here, I will order the minimum and ship to any intereested still.
The pice cost for me for the minimum is $18.80 and that would include the shipping to me. For me to ship to anyone in CONUS would make it and even $25.00 for packing and delivery would be fair.

My dad owns a jewelry store and watch repair for vintage watches as well as luxury brands. I do alot of his "buying"from international wholesalers for when he has his flea market stand open on the weekend.

No financial gain, eh? I manufacture very simular watches. I retail for $24, wholesale for $10.50, and my cost is roughly $6/pc. Also another thing to look out for is whether the watches are chinese or japanese movement. It matters!

OK. I was able to aquire some shipping envelopes for free and I also sold 3 fobs for $35.00 at the trade show over last weekend(Car show is in town in NY) So that will off set my loss so far. Alot of people said they wanted them but only a few have appeared!!
SO for $22.00 I can ship them to you (US) and take 2 for $40.00

SO GEt them now. I can take paypal and any lower I will be taking the full beating for the nearly $1000.00 I paid for these.:yikes:
