The supercharger pulley is very close to the Plastic connector on the radiator. It get slightly shaved, and would like to know how to solve this...

I have the "L" bracket that pushes the radiator back a little, but this doesnt seem to be enough. What is restricting the radiator from being moved further? I see the little plastic bolt at the top does, but what else?

What is happening is with the engine movement, it moves forwards and shaves the radiator plastic part of the hose a little every time...

Thanks. hope to solve this today.

Help us out by telling us what SC kit you have as well as what car it's on.

Its an active kit. Im sure its nothing serious, just wondering what others have done. Its an 8-rib. Basically there is a portion of the pulley which shaved the plastic part of the top radiator hose where it connects to the radiator.

AA does provide a bracket to reinforce/adjust the s/c, as well as a bracket to push the radiator, but neither have solved it completely...

Its probably that fact that I have SMG, and no one is willing to admit there is a shifting problem. To me it seems like on every upshift, theres an abrupt jerk forwards. This would be equivalent to a hard downshift on the driveline, leading the the engine shifting forwards into the 90 degree radiator bend.

I am going to get stiffer trans mounts, which is just wishful thinking.

I would like it to be solved. Possibly get SMG software from someone other than AA?

If no one else is seeing this issue, than its an SMG issue. I shouldnt jerk forwards on a WOT shift...

If you feel you are having an issue with your kit, give us a call on Monday morning and we'll be glad to help you out.
