So What is the difference between turbo charged and super charged?... how do they work, where is the power gain (low vs high rpm)?
Which one kills your MPG's the least?
Which one is least expensive?
What are the benefits of one over the other? (or pros and cons of each)
Thanks in advance!

Supercharger is cheaper and makes the power nice and linear. Not much torque gain. Nice and easy install if you go with AA. A true bolt on kit as it says.
Turbo is more expensive makes big torque gives you a bigger kick in the back as it comes on cause it's not linear. Easier to make bigger gains later by just winding up the boost.
Fuel consumption is dictated by your right foot. The more power you make the more fuel it will use. Cruising fuel economy is normally better than standard with most companies tunes.

Supercharger........ a turbine that is belt-driven...... meaning that a pulley with a belt from the supercharger is attached to one of the engine pulleys, so when the engine pulls more rpms, the supercharger will be spinning faster putting more air into the engine
Turbocharger......... turbine that is gas-driven.......... this turbo is attached to the exhaust manifold (headers) of the car......... as the car increases in RPMs, there are more gasses going through the turbo....... usually around 3000 or so, will the turbo create "max boost" and push the most amount of air (pressure) into the engine.....
very very very general

great, just what I needed to know!
I'm not planning on this type of mod just yet, but anyone with one or the other care to give their opinion on it? What do you use and why?

I've done both and if I had to ever choose which to go for I would go AA for cheap, reliable easy install for a supercharger setup. It's proven time and time again. An it is so easy to install anyone that is hands on could do it. Even if you didn't know much about cars.
But when it comes down to it you can't beat the kick in the ass turbo gives you. The torque makes the difference. And if you lined up a turbo car and a supercharged car making the same power the turbo car would win everytime just cause of the torque it makes. And torque wins races. So if money and a bit more time for install isn't an issue I would definately go turbo straight away.

Regardless of how you couch it, there are two turbo kits being designed for 330s at the moment, but nothing it out. Since you have a 325, your only real options are superchargers and motor swaps.
