We're back on track with our M5 twin turbo development. I just wanted to show you guys the front mount intercooler. Here are some pictures I just took.

oh my god, that looks amazing! I cant wait to see this when its done! what kind of turbos are you going to be using for this one??

I'm confused. Are those two cores welded together? How is the plumbing routed (both hotpipes enter passenger side, cold pipe exits driver's side and goes to intake manifold)?

Regardless, good to see progress on the M5! :thumbsup: Any sneak peaks of the widebody M3?

Thats actually pretty common in setups where clearance is tough. I've seen as you describe, or the intercooler is "split" between top and bottom and the left bank is fed off the right banks turbo and vice versa.

How about a E60 M5 turbo kit? I will line up some buyers if you all can justify the R&D.

yeah that would be a good idea! I think there would definatly be some guys to sign up for that
