Brought the bimmer to a Hand car wash, they usually are pretty careful with the car. I only get the cheapest exterior wash just to get off the bugs so when I detail it myself its easier. Well some idiot put a piece of tape on the tints holding on the piece of paper that says what what you got. Anyway the guy takes the tape off, and residue is stuck on there. I ask him to find a tint chemical to take it off, so the guy comes back with something on a rag, he starts whipping it down, then I turn around and hes using a razor...Guy did it so fast, he ended up scratching my tints. Then I told him to get the manager, he brings over the manager, and all he tells me is..."your tints are fading". Told him thats not the problem and the scratches are. So all in all the guy tells me he'll re-tint my window, and if need be, retint the other side to match. He then tells me the shop hes gonna use, to which I dont like that shop, and I ask for a shop that does exotics, cause I have to travel way out east on LI to get my tints done. So he called up a guy who does the bimmers, ferraris and lambos on the island and hell be doing it.
