Has mild surface scratches on the back...the front has VERY FEW scratches...it's MINT except for a couple of mild scratches on the "SELECT" button (as you will see) and one tiny, pin-sized, knick on the bottom right.

I will clear the memory, reset it, and update it with the newest available software before shipping. I'll also throw in a dock for free. :thumbup:
