Samir Joins the 600rwhp Club! [Archive]

It is my pleasure to welcome Samir to the 600rwhp club! We tested his M3 with various ball-bearing liquid cooled turbos but in every case it turned out the standard journal bearing turbo's out-performed the ball-bearing turbos of the same dimensions and size by around 25rwhp.

As stated in previous post, the FMIC is indeed a black option. The owner wanted to attract less attention from the police. Good idea, I think.

You want to get rid of your 4.10's ASAP. Shorter gears are a turbo's enemy. Im sure chris told you this during your install. Longer gears are way more beneficial for turbo's. I suggest u go back to the stock gear ratio...

Chris did say this to me but I was also told that based on normal highway runs....i'd be ok. I'll see how it is when I get the car, if I feel it is too much then I will change back to stock or longer.

Saw your car in person last week while it was on the dyno, what a beast!:thumbsup:
