Thinking about getting a turbo, eh? What places where you looking to buy that turbo from?

Beating Evos will be no small task.

^I'll be honest with you bud, there's not a lot of cars running turbocharged set ups except for M3s. There's supposed to be two kits coming out within this year, but even then I think their focus is on 330s. If you're really after power I think you'd be happier with an IS. They're good looking cars and have a much more mod friendly engine (2JZGTE IIRC) and they also have a more active community for adding power.

If you really want to stay with the E46, your best bet may be with ESS. They use a twin screw supercharger and have components to increase the engine displacement to 3.0L.

No turbo for you until the end of the year. Also I think the IS300 looks like a fancy previous gen Civic.

it's not worth the money to make a 323ci compete with evo's and m3's...you're probably looking at a cost of at least $6000+ in custom parts, fabrication, and installation to make your car come close to the mark...By going FI you're increasing your maintenance costs and you will have to replace a lot of parts if you haven't already on your stock engine (since you're at the 100k mile mark). You better have a manual transmission (you didn't state what type of transmission you had) if you want to turbo your car.

Just sell the 323ci and buy another car to meet your goal (used m3 or IS with mods).

M3's and Evo's is it.

My car is faster than M3's and regular evo's. Only cost me many tens of thousands of dollars. You have a 323. Plan on spending more than me for a fast, balanced car.

just buy a crotchrocket. cheaper and faster (but more dangerous).
